I was really surprised and delighted to find out there were anti-genocide protests happening at Ole Miss. saddened and dismayed by the counter-protestors who, quelle surprise, don’t have a brain cell to spare between them. They’re all frat boys who want to get in on some mindless violence. Boys who wouldn’t know what to say if they were in a room with someone if the Jewish persuasion.

Wow, the reporting on that incident - really upsetting! Proud of the statement by the University, but felt it could have gone further. It’s the comments from the Governor’s office and university Republicans that are so vile. The Governor’s comments in particular show a contempt and disdain for the protesting students that suggests a real inability for his administration to be a neutral arbiter if things got out of hand. Thirty students protesting peacefully is not a problem or threat to anyone.
