Mexico’s new President was sworn in on Tuesday: Claudia Sheinbaum, the first female President of Mexico and its first Jewish President. She was the candidate of the Morena party, which is also the party of the outgoing President AMLO (Andrés Manuel López Obrador), who left office with high popularity ratings.
